Finishing a drawing

Finally getting to this drawing after first pencilling it out on my visit to the Upper West Side. While there, I hadn't gotten in the detail. It was a blustery day that was hinting at fall and I don't have a jacket. I'm glad I came back to this drawing. It turned out pretty good. I'm happy with it.

An eternal question I ask myself......At what point do I stop shading?

It has been a while. Actually this drawing was started last week in the midst of a week of migraines. Finally getting to shading.
